Apple Developer Support Delays – Business Verification, Ireland Tax Form and Encryption Documentation Pending for Weeks

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for advice from other Apple developers who may have experienced similar delays with App Store Connect verification and Apple Developer Support.

I've been trying to get my app through the necessary verification and review processes, but several issues remain unresolved despite opening multiple support cases.

Here is my current situation:

1. Business verification

My account continues to display:

“We are verifying your information. We will email you if there are any issues with the information you submitted.”

I have been waiting for a considerable time without receiving a clear update about the verification status.

1. Ireland Tax Form

I submitted my Ireland Tax Form on September 23, 2026, and it is still showing as “Pending.” My other tax forms are marked as “Active.”

1. App Encryption Documentation

I uploaded my encryption documentation on October 15, 2026, and it is still showing as “In Review.”

1. Apple Developer Support

I have opened several support cases relating to business verification, agreements, App Store Connect, app review and encryption. I have contacted support multiple times, but I still do not have a clear explanation of the delays or a timeline for resolution. I am also having difficulty continuing the conversation through my existing cases.

My Paid Apps Agreement and Free Apps Agreement are active, and my bank account is also marked as active.

I understand that Apple needs to complete its compliance checks, and I am happy to provide any additional documentation required. However, the lack of communication and progress is becoming increasingly frustrating.

I'd appreciate advice from anyone who has experienced a similar situation:

How long did your business verification or tax form approval take?

Has anyone had encryption documentation remain “In Review” for several weeks?

Did you find an effective way to escalate the issue when Apple Developer Support stopped responding or would not allow further messages?

Is there a particular department or contact route that helped you get a meaningful update?

I'm not looking to bypass Apple's verification requirements. I simply want to understand what is causing the delays and how to get a proper response.

Any recent experiences or practical suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
