Guideline 5.1.3(ii) says apps "may not store personal health information in iCloud", but doesn't define the term.
If a user types their own body weight into an app (not read from HealthKit), may the app back it up to that user's CloudKit private database?
If not, is saving it to HealthKit, and reading it back from there after a reinstall, the expected approach?
