My first app, Partwork Companion (iOS 1.0), was submitted on October 6 together with its one in-app purchase. On October 7 it came back under Guideline 2.1 Information Needed, which cited the new developer account’s limited review history and asked for a screen recording from a physical device and answers to seven questions.
I replied on October 8 with the recording and all seven answers, and put the same text and recording in the App Review Information Notes and attachment. With no response, I followed up in the thread on October 15. The Resubmit button stayed disabled, so on October 19 I resubmitted, and the app and IAP have both been Waiting for Review since then.
I opened App Review Status case 103004177258 on October 21 and followed up on it today with no reply, and phone support for the case currently shows as unavailable.
Has anyone seen a submission sit this long after a 2.1 information request, and is there anything else I should be doing on my side? If anyone from App Review is able to look, the submission ID is 57e0cb20-beaa-49e5-b138-8cf35e1cb673.
