Hello, I started enrolling in the Apple Developer Program as an individual on October 15th, 2026 and haven't been able to complete it. What happened: I got stuck at the identity verification step I uploaded my my driver's license in the Apple Developer app Now the only status I see is: "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program is under review. Please contact us." I was never given an Enrollment ID or was able to proceed What I've tried: Support case 103004284857, no response Called (800) 633-2152; the recording directs me to the website and ends the call The status asks me to contact Apple, but I haven't found a channel that reaches anyone. Could someone from Developer Program Support tell me what's needed to finish the review, or how to reach the team that handles it? I'm happy to re-upload my ID or provide anything else through a private support case. I have an urgent need to ship an app and integration Apple sign in. Thank you.

What happened:

I got stuck at the identity verification step
I uploaded my my driver's license in the Apple Developer app
Now the only status I see is: "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program is under review. Please contact us."
I was never given an Enrollment ID or was able to proceed
