First app stuck in "Waiting for Review" since October 21 after a 2.1(b) reply

Our first iOS app, ScamRank (app ID 6774396183), has been Waiting for Review since October 21. It was first submitted October 8 and expedited October 19. On October 20 it was rejected under 2.1(b) because the reviewer could not find in-app purchases. The app is free with no in-app purchases. We replied to explain, took all subscription products off sale, and resubmitted the same day. Agreements, tax, and banking are all active, and there are no messages or warnings in App Store Connect. The Android version is already live. Is there anything else we should do on our side? Thank you.
