I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual. My Apple Account is set to Germany.
During identity verification in the Apple Developer app, only the driver's license was offered as an ID document. Passport and German national ID card were not selectable. I used my German driver's license (EU card format), and the app now shows "ID Verification Rejected" without a retry option.
I've contacted Developer Support and am waiting for a reply.
Has anyone with a German account had the same issue? Did Support reset the verification or let you use your passport instead? Any tips would be appreciated.
