Hello Apple Developer Support,

I am following up on my existing support case (103016299760).

I received an Order Acknowledgement for my US$99 Apple Developer Program membership on October 27, 2026, but my membership is still not active. The Enroll Now button in the Apple Developer app is disabled, and I can no longer access the identity verification step.

Could you please check the status of my existing enrollment and payment, and advise how I can complete the process? If an Enrollment ID is required, please help me locate it.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
