Our company, Vinova Lab AI Solutions FZCO (United Arab Emirates), submitted an Apple Developer Program enrollment as an organization on October 14, 2026. We received the confirmation email saying Apple would verify my authority to bind the organization, and nothing since.

I am the founder and majority owner (75%) of the company.
I followed up by email on October 24 and October 30 with no reply, and the phone callback option for Program Enrollment is currently unavailable.
We have not received any request for additional documents.
Could someone from Developer Program Support check the status of this enrollment or let us know if anything is missing?
