Next Pillar Academy, my first iOS app, has been Waiting for Review since I submitted it on October 16. I sent an updated build on October 30 and it is still Waiting for Review. That is three weeks.
I have a launch on Wednesday, November 11, and I need it through review before then. I already asked for an expedited review. Happy to send whatever else you need.
