Hi, I have been trying to enroll for the Apple Developer Program for 2-3 weeks now, I have even sent in previous cases/emails for this same issue.
The issue in my situation is that the payment for the Apple Developer Program is not even being authorized. No matter what credit card I use or what device I try from (mobile, laptop, desktop), I always get the same issue of the payment not being authorized. I have even created new apple accounts to try and purchase the program on there, but I still get the same problem of the failed transaction. When I went to check my credit card transaction history and with the card company, I was notified of the payment not even being on the card's history (completed or failed). The issue is not of the card(s), but of the website not even processing the payment I try to make.
How can I get enrolled for the Developer Program with my current situation? Can someone please help enroll me?
