Subject: Request to note development and release dates for Hot Mess (Apple ID 1195758383)
Hello,
I'm Rick Mark, Account Holder for Love Wins Media, Inc. (D-U-N-S 14-049-9305). I'm writing to ask Apple to note on our account the dates our app Hot Mess (Apple ID 1195758383) was developed and released. I'm not filing a claim or a complaint against anyone. I'd like these dates written down with Apple now, in case a question about which app came first ever comes up later.
Apple already holds most of these records, so we're asking you to note them, not to take our word for them. In particular:
The app record. Please note when App Store Connect created the Hot Mess app record (Apple ID 1195758383). We believe it dates from the app's first release in early 2017.
Builds and TestFlight. Please note the upload dates of the Hot Mess builds made between September and November 2026. These include TestFlight builds 420511 (version 2.2, about 22 Oct 2026), 420514 (version 2.3, 23 Oct 2026) and 420526 (version 2.5, built after the 2.5 release cut on 31 Oct 2026), plus the 2.4 build.
App Review submissions. Please note the dates we submitted versions 2.0 to 2.5 for review, and the date version 2.0 went live on the App Store (19 Oct 2026). We submitted version 2.4 on 25 Oct 2026 at about 05:32 UTC.
Feature dates. These features shipped in Hot Mess on the following dates. GitHub's server timestamps on public pull requests confirm each one:
17 Oct 2026, 19:43 UTC. A printable TestFlight install poster with a QR code was added to the app repository (github.com/lwm-luminx/hot_mess_ios, PR #113).
20 Oct 2026, 00:53 UTC. A printable venue poster page went up at hotmess.social/poster (github.com/lwm-luminx/hotmess.social, PR #29).
24 Oct 2026, 23:12 UTC. Venue short links (hotmess.social/v/{code}) began opening the venue's chat on the web (hotmess.social PR #57) and in the iOS app (hot_mess_ios PR #180).
29 Oct 2026, 06:56 UTC. Add to Calendar and calendar subscriptions shipped in iOS (hot_mess_ios PR #193).
History. The Hot Mess iOS source history starts on 2 January 2017 (commit 166a9a4). Venues and events were added in January 2017 and the v1.0 release followed on 3 February 2017. The repository is public on GitHub, where it was created on 21 October 2018. The current SwiftUI version of the app began on 22 September 2026 (commit 4cab540).
The attached evidence pack lists every date with its source. The attached SHA-256 manifest covers our dated poster files and source snapshots, and was generated on 7 Nov 2026.
Could you please add a note to our developer account or app record confirming that you received this request on today's date, and keep this case on file? I don't need Apple to take any other action.
Thank you, Rick Mark Love Wins Media, Inc.
