1.) The iPhone 5C was the last of the 32-bit iPhones. iPhone 4s was 32-bit.
2.) Depends on which Xcode is used to build and submit to iTunes Connect for distribution in the store. Starting now, with Xcode 9, only 64-bit is allowed.
