New developer here, I dont even know if my question belongs in this specific place, but I have been making a stickers app with real life photos.
Would that be okay? Theyre original just cropped to fit the demensions i have and it just contains the capture image i want. Its something ive been working on for a bit and i dont want it to be rejected by Apple if i buy myself the developer account. Thanks!
There's plenty of Sticker Apps that use real photos. It's more a matter of usefulness. For example, if the photos are personal and you / your family / friends are the only audience for the pack, then they probably will reject it for that reason. They don't want to clutter up the store with apps like that. I could also see them rejecting an app if it looks like a photography portfolio (like you're just showing off your work)

So i can definately use any photo i want as long as i dont turn the app into an instagram page basically?
Well "any" is a strong word. Obviously you need to own the rights to it, and it should conform to Apple's guidelines, but yeah photos are allowed.
