Trying to inspect and change properties on my core data model
Select the enity, select the attribute and even double click the attribute but the core data model inspectors panel on the right is blank.
Any sugesstions?

I am having the same issue. Did you find a solution to this problem?
Close any open Core Data editor tabs/windows, and re-open. Once I did that, the Data Model inspector started showing info again.
And it's not working again -- seriously how do you inspect / change properties on core data model in Xcode 9.4
-- figured a work around - delete the panel with open data model, open a new panel and select the data model and quit and restart Xcode
Now that makes a whole lot of sense to me
