So I'm not sure what happened but I seemed to have lost an application from my computer. It is for sale in the App Store but I don't seem to have the project on my computer anymore. Is there a way for me to download the binary from itunes connect so I do not have to rebuild the entire app again? Thanks in advance.

No, you can't retrieve the code from a compiled app from the store.
The best you can do is unpack your .ipa and extract images and the occasional plist, depending on where they're stored.
