Hello,
I'm unable to open the bugreporter. When I enter "bugreport.apple.com" into my browser it redirects to
https://idmsa.apple.com/IDMSWebAuth/signin?appIdKey=77exxxxxxxxxxxxx&sslEnabled=true&rv=3
Here I enter my developer mail and password.
Now it redirects to bugreport.apple.com, stays there for one second (only white screen) and then redirects to the login form back.
Has anyone else this issue? Tried chrome and safari.

I'm having the same problem. Tried in both Safari & Chrome. This was happening the other day as well.
Been having this problem since around the 9th. Figured it'd be working by now, glad I'm not the only one.
Tried different browsers, cleared cookies, disabled extensions, tried from Safari on iOS.
Who reports the reporter?
Same here with both Safari and Firefox.
Same here, trying to submit my first bug report in years. Glad to see it’s just been noticed; hopefully just a temporary outage.
I can tell you even though you fill the bug report, there nothing will happen for you. I suggest Apple can dismiss the bug report, it's totally ornaments!
I would have to disagree. Of the last 3 reports I filed, I got followup on all three and 2 were resolved already.
The bug reporter is working for me now.
