Can i change organization name on my app in app store?

And my account type is "Apple Developer Program"

This organisation name comes from the account used to publish the app. I don’t know if it’s possible to change that but, as with all things related to managing your developer account, the right folks to talk to are Apple Developer Program Support. You can find a link to them on the main developer web site contact page.
