Does my app contains cryptography?

Hi, I'm about to submit my app to the appstore, but I get this question:

"Is your app designed to use cryptography or does it contain or incorporate cryptography? (Select Yes even if your app is only utilizing the encryption available in iOS or macOS.)"

My app is a web view with https links, does that means it contains cryptography? And if it does, do I have to sent a report to the USA government?

According to some forums, since september 2016 thi is not necessary, is it true?

Just say no in that case.

The normal reply is that if you're using declare-relative encryption, you'll know it.

But for the record, it helps to know usage, vs. the catch all 'contains' reference - is your use full boat encryption or just decoding? Server-side enforced or just download? Are those links between your server and your app, or is it your app and not your server(s)? Is the encryption doing full circle work for you, or are you just along for a portion of the ride?

More info/details on what your app does, exactly might help, thanks.
