Bonjour 3.1.0.1 should be in downlo

Bonjour 3 is not a part of iTunes 12.7, and it is not available in https://support.apple.com/downloads/Bonjour%2520Windows

I do not understand why this things don't co-exist. This seems to be major oversight: to get Bonjour on Windows one must now download old version of iTunes, and then upgrade it to new one for bonjour to remain. This seems very inconsistant.
