I Struggling in complex drawing with logic design.If i ask code level support from apple (TSI).Will they give a support for my logic implementation.

Is your question about which Apple APIs you should use is your implementation? If so, go ahead and file the TSI. Developer Technical Support (DTS) supports questions as they relate to specific Apple APIs, but would not be able to assist you in architechting or debugging your own custom algorithms (e.g., a water shader, or your city layout logic in a game like Sim City).
