App as iBeacon

I have tested a code which converts iPhone into iBeacon and other devices can detect that iBeacon, I was wondering if I integrated this with one of my Apps feature and submitted it to App Store, would they approve it or not?

I am planning to use this in order to form group of user in close proximity, where one user acts as iBeacon transmitter and other detect that and show up as group member when they are close enough.
