App Store gone in iOS 9

I updated to the public iOS 9 beta. After I completed the update and finished setting up my device, I went to the home screen. When I looked for the App Store, it was GONE. I made sure that the restrictions were disabled, and even reset the home screen layout, but that didn't fix the issue. Spotlight Search cannot find the App Store when I search for it, and the "Search App Store" button in spotlight search does nothing. Also, when I try to go to a link that leads to the App Store, it gives me an "Invalid URL" error message.

Can someone please help me with this?

Sounds like you have tried almost everything worth trying. It would be interesting to know if resetting all settings does the trick.

I do not want to reset the device to Factory Defaults, because I will lose all of my data. Btw, when I search for App Store in Safari and click on the link that takes me to the App Store, iTunes opens up and shows the main App Store page.

Reset all settings won't erase your data. Only Erase and reset all settings will do that.

That means that I will have to set everything up again, which was a hassle.

Ok, I tried the "Reset All Settings", but that didn't work. The App Store is still gone.

Pity. I suggested it because I've seen a couple of people with the missing App Store problem post (on other forums) that it came back after Erase and reset all settings, but I was hoping that it wasn't necessary to go that far.

You can try that too if you want. You should be able to restore your data from an 8.x backup afterwards (wouldn't blame you if you can't be bothered at this stage though 🙂)

I actually cant restore from my backup that I made on iOS 8.4 because iTunes deleted it and replaced it with the iOS 9 backup.

Anyways, I might try Erase And Restore All Settings to see if that fixes the issue.
