Question about "Subscriber" report in iTunes Connect

Hi,

I am checking "Subscriber" report in iTunes Connect


When I see "Refund" and "Units" column, there are cases that "Refund" is "Yes" and "Units" is 0 and also cases that "Refund" is "Yes" and "Units" is 1.

I want to know difference between two types.
