I found in Xcode Release Notes:

You obtain Xcode 9.2 from the Mac App Store. It is a free download that installs directly into the Applications folder.

But when I search for it in the Mac App Store I just found Xcode Version 9.1 (9B55) that I already has installed and not Xcode 9.2.

What is the reason?

That doc was updated today, and it takes time for new downloads to be propagated across all servers on the backend, so devs might need to wait a tiny bit longer...keep checking, and thanks for the find 😉
