Getting money after Developer Program expiring

Pretty sure you need to re-read the terms of service. Your developer status and access to anything on the developer side of the app store requires one to be in good standing. If you refuse to re-join, then you may be forfeiting or perhaps a check will arrive next quarter. It's all in the fine print if one wishes to read it.

Apple sends at least 150$ when you have valid program. I thing they must send me 120$ if i don't want to re-join program.

Apple answered me:

Hello,

You may request a final payment (even if it is under the minimum payment threshold) through the Contact Us module of iTunes Connect, after you have met both of the following requirements:

1) Your Paid and iAd contracts have expired
2) You have not received any financial reports for 3 consecutive months (no earnings for 3 months)

Final payment will be sent even if it does not meet the minimum payment threshold. However, please note that if your payment is subject to international wire fees, you may wind up owing the bank for your payment transaction.

Please note: Your payment will be sent to the bank account you currently have in iTunes Connect.
