I have a few stupid questions about the developer program.

I can't find out how to delete an application that is in iTunes Connect that has not been submitted for review.

This version of the app will never be submitted.

Also I can't figure out how to delete an App ID from Apple Developer.

I would like to use the App ID for an updated version of the app that will never be submitted.

I can't find any good way to delete the App ID so I can re-use the name, and it seems that once an app has been uploaded, it can not be deleted unless it is approved. Seem a little silly to me....

You don't delete an app/bundle ID to re-use the name.

As you note, an app/bundle ID can't be deleted once used. I think it's because that single reference is the peg that the entire system hangs it's hat on.

Not even going to ask why you're worried about an app name for two apps you'll never submit to review. Seems the one should do the job, whatever that is.
