How can I debug my auv3 appex from start (macOS) ?

finally i managed to make my auv3 hit some breakpoints in garageband (macOS). by selecting debug executable after launching garage band.


How can i possibly hit a breakpoint in the init method, since the process has not started yet it doesn't show up in debug executable menu?

why does the process of posting on a forum allways lead you to immediately realise the solution?


Attach to process by PID/ Name ... wait for process to start
