How to get Xcode to print the last line of each page

I am using Xcode 9.2 with High Sierra 10.13.3. Occasionally I like to print to paper (printer is a networked HP2600n) a swift file to review it. Xcode deletes the last line of each page from printing. There is a top margin but very little to no bottom margin. Checking the Presets in the Print window offers no options to set margins. I tried a direct USB connection but that made no difference.


Any thoughts on how to get Xcode to print all the lines in the file?

Looks like you get everthing if you copy/paste into TextWrangler as an example, instead of printing from Xcode. I couldn't persuade Xcode otherwise.


Screenshots will get you (actual) line numbers too tho, and for sure all lines.
