VPP token authentication fails with errorNumber 9625 Ask

Apple Vpp token authentication fails with status 9625 only for very few customers.

Below shows the response to the VPPClientConfigSrv with Stoken.

u'status': -1, u'errorNumber': 9625, u'errorMessage': u'The sToken has been revoked'

ExpiryDate of the Stoken is 2019-02-08. ie, token is valid for one year from now

I am looking how a VPP token gets revoked. I couldn't find such an option in Apple VPP portal to revoke a Token. Is there anything we could do for not getting revoked.

Even after uploading new Stoken, it also coming to revoked state after few days.
