I want to test Apple Pay on the web through Stripe. Here https://developer.apple.com/support/apple-pay-sandbox/ it says I need to sign in to Apple Developer portal, which I did, and then go to iTunes Connect and go to Users & Roles menu. Unfortunately I don't see such a menu item in there. Do I have to enroll for the paid membership in order to test Apple Pay Sandbox?
