Just need help to know if it is possible to download xcode 8.3.3.3? I need it, as the OS is 10.12 sierra.

May require paid Developer Program account to access.
Xcode 9.x also supports macOS 10.12 Sierra. You might want to use it instead since, starting in April 2018, all iOS App Store submissions must be built with Xcode 9 (news).
