Has AirPlay to an AppleTV 2 been removed as a feature in iOS 9, or is it just a bug with beta 3?

Unfortunately still can't do it with beta 4, I can only send audio not video to a Apple TV 2.

Airplay seems not to work with Beta 4. The Sync-Button is not displayed....
