Why can't we use an alias as individual developers?
I don't like that my real name appears linked to my Apps. Anyone can look at me on Facebook. Developers from Spanish speaking countries used two last names so its easy to find them.
Apple might consider allow to the individual developers the use aliases and perhaps stablish a policy regarding their use.
