iTunes Connect

Overview

iTunes Connect is a suite of web-based tools for managing content sold on the iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, and iBooks Store. As a member of the iOS Developer Program or Mac Developer Program, you'll use this tool to manage apps, contracts, tax and banking information, sales reports, and more.

Accessing iTunes Connect

Once you've completed your enrollment in the iOS Developer Program or Mac Developer Program, you can sign in to iTunes Connect with the Apple ID you used to enroll. If you're enrolled in both the iOS Developer Program and Mac Developer Program, you can use the same iTunes Connect account to manage all of your apps.

If you're enrolled as a organization, and are the Team Agent (the original enrollee), you can provide access to additional team members by setting up their accounts in iTunes Connect. If you've been invited to join a development team, you do not have access to iTunes Connect by default, and will need to request your Team Agent to set up an iTunes Connect user account on your behalf. Multiple iTunes Connect Accounts

If you already have an iTunes Connect account for distributing another media type besides apps (music, TV, movies, or books) or for participating in the Volume Purchase Program, the same Apple ID cannot be used to manage apps. When you enroll in the iOS Developer Program or Mac Developer Program, you'll need to use a different Apple ID.

What happens if I do not renew my membership?

If your Apple Developer Program membership expires, you will still have access to iTunes Connect. However, your apps will no longer be available for download on the App Store and you will not be able to submit new apps or updates.

How do I get my apps back on the App Store if my membership has expired?

Once you renew your membership, your free apps will automatically become available for download on the App Store within 24 hours. Your paid apps will become available for purchase on the App Store within 24 hours of the time you renew your membership and request your contracts in the Contracts, Tax, and Banking section of iTunes Connect. You do not need to resubmit your apps.

Can I transfer my app to another account?

You can transfer qualifying apps to another account using iTunes Connect, which is useful in the case of an acquisition, asset purchase, or similar situation. When you transfer an app, it will remain available on the App Store or Mac App Store, all ratings and reviews will carry over, and users will continue to have access to future updates.
