I tried to enroll Apple Developer Program but after the consent page it always show this "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.". Please help me to fix this problem. Thank you!!

So I've been trying for almost two months to enroll in the developer program and have opened support tickets but have gotten nowhere. The first time I tried, my payment went through but was then reversed by Apple and taken back and my enrollment didn't go through. I called support and they said to try a different card, so I did. The same thing happened where it went through and then Apple took it back a few days later (I called both banks and they confirmed that the reversal was initiated by Apple). All attempts since then (including with a third card) will result in being redirected to a page with "Your payment authorization failed on card •••****. Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method."Information is multiple times checked, and includes the card saved on the Apple ID which had gone through the first time, and I bought a small app in the app store to confirm that card was still working with Apple (it was). The only thing I haven't been able to do is enroll in the development program. When I call support they tell me to try the same things I've already tried multiple times and also say they aren't aware of any problems like this and say they haven't had any problems with developer enrollment payment processing. Has anyone else experienced this and been prevented from enrolling? Anyone know a way to get through and enroll?

UK based here and trying to sign up for a Connect account to upload my apps, but my payment keeps being declined. The options state that both Debit and Credit cards are accepted, so why am I unable to sign up ? My iPhone is still iOS 15 so I cannot download the developer app and still on Big Sur I cannot download the macOS version, ridiculous ! I don't know if signing up via Apple's Developer app would allow the payment to go through or not, but the web based version is not working for me. I have read on other threads that Debit Card users need to submit ID, I can't imagine why, but it's not clearly stated at the sign up process, so I cannot be sure.

Hi, I am trying to create a new Identifier for my app. When I write down the Bundle ID I am getting this popup: An attribute in the provided entity has invalid value An App ID with Identifier 'de.{domain}.app is not available. Please enter a different string. Can anyone please help? The domain is mine and no apps have been released yet. I can't find a solution for this

ive been sending a lot of request to the enrollment program, putting my card info and receiving the emails thats says the case number and to wait 2 business days, but have no response at all. try the same through the appstore developer and says : enrollment through the apple developer app is not available for this apple id. so ive try web and got the email just told and never got any response back. ive used my personal apple id from my iphone and through the app let me all the way, when i hit pay it says:: APPLE ID ISSUE, the region from the apple id is not the same as the region in system configuration, ive checked both and they are the same. send emails everyday through the contact options, been calling to apple support and no one can help me

Hello there: On November 2023, I submitted enrollment ID 3BR28NV28U. I am responsible on behalf of my employer, Strathcona Resources, to submit this Apple Developer enrollment to advance in a custom app that we must implement to our iPads in our field sites. As you can probably tell, I have not received any advancement with this request, and seven months have passed, without any update or any notification regarding this enrollment. I would appreciate it if you can please channel this request to the appropriate party, in order to provide a status update, escalation, and completion as appropriate. Seven months without an update is a major delay, and we are behind schedule for the custom app that we need to implement in our organization. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Hi, Guys, I would lie to ask it been more than 10 days I add my card but still it shows Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. i use my name same in card also anybody know what possible issues here, i was using my email but it is not same email with my card I located in Malaysia

I keep receiving this message : Your payment authorisation failed on card •••8090. Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method. The problem is that i went already through with my bank and they confirmed nothing is wrong with my bank account they even checked with the Visa team and they confirmed nothing wrong. The bank adviser informed me that no payment was even attempted. I went through the phone with Apple customer support and she couldn't find anything wrong either we tried to pay from my iphone then from my Macbook but i keep getting this error As i have 3 different bank accounts i have tried to pay with 3 different visa debit cards but i get the same error so i believe its not the bank but Apple. Anyone in the same boat ?

6 weeks ago, we received an email from the Apple Developer Program requesting certain documents. After we uploaded the requested documents, we received a message stating, "Thank you for providing the documents we requested. We will review them and follow up with you within two business days." However, we are still awaiting a response after 6 weeks. What steps can we take to expedite communication with the Apple Developer Program? Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Additionally, how long does it typically take for the Apple Developer Program to reply after requesting documents to be uploaded? Thank you.

Dear Apple Community, I've been dealing with a frustrating situation for the past three months regarding my application to the Apple Development program. It's been a rollercoaster of emotions, and I'm reaching out for some assistance. TL;DR: I've received the "Complete your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program" email, but when I try to proceed with the payment, the system puts me back in the enrollment stage again. Despite numerous calls to the support center, I'm stuck in a loop and unable to move forward. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Long Version: Today, I received an email prompting me to complete my enrollment in the Apple Developer Program. However, upon attempting to do so through the Apple Developer App, I discovered that my previous enrollment had been somehow withdrawn, leaving me back at square one. Frustrated and confused, I turned to the Apple Developer Web for answers, only to find myself facing the same message. After taking a 5min break to gather my thoughts, I returned to the Apple Developer app, only to encounter another roadblock. Now, I'm being directed to enrol through the web page, despite being told previously that the process must be completed through the app. It's a super annoying and confusing situation, to say the least. I am from Australia and trying to navigate my business overseas; I've faced many different challenges. However, this experience with Apple has been particularly the most ridiculous one. I've seen many different problems over the years but this has no logic. If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has any insights to offer, I'd greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support.

When I'm trying to enrol the account with apple developer membership I'm getting the pop up of "There may be an issue with your account that needs to be resolved before you can continue, please contact support", and while contacting support there is no response from support team. Kindly let me know what is wrong with it.

Hello, I'm applying to the development program. However, an unknown error appears in the account. Can you help identify this error? We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred. The error will appear after filling out the form in Enroll Today and selecting as Sole Ent. I wrote to support 5 days ago, but there was no response.

I registered as a developer with Apple. Since I work alone, I have an individual developer account. Unfortunately, I am unable to create an iOS distribution certificate from Visual Studio (for Windows). The option is grayed out even though my role in App Store Connect is "Admin". Visual Studio also shows me that my user is an admin - yet I don't seem to have rights to create iOS distribution certificates. I can create iOS development certificates without any problems.

I'm working on implementing Apple Sign In in an Angular application. I've successfully obtained the 'id_token', but I've noticed that the user's name is missing . I'm uncertain whether Apple provides the user's name in the 'id_token'. If it does, I'd like to know the steps to retrieve it correctly.

The past two week I made two payments already of 99USD and I received email immediately that within 2 business workimg day. You will notify me when the iteams are ready, its more than two days with no reply from Apple regarding the account. Not sure what do to anymore, as I have already done this twice already.
