Reply to Enrollment Stuck for Over 2 Weeks – No Response
Update: Another Step, Another Nightmare… Our account was finally approved, and we proceeded to pay the 1-year membership fee via credit card last week. A few days later, we found out that the order was canceled, even though the payment was successfully processed with 3DS authentication. So yesterday, we tried again… and yet, our account still shows a message saying, "To proceed, pay your annual membership." How is this process so painful and unnecessarily complicated? It’s been over a week, and we’re stuck in a loop with no clarity. Has anyone experienced this issue? Any way to get Apple to actually respond and fix it? Unbelievable.
