I tried using QLThumbnailGenerator in Simulator for iOS and iPadOS, but it won't work at all.All I receive is an error:QLUbiquitousItemFetcher: could not create sandbox wrapper. Error: Error Domain=NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=22 couldn't issue sandbox extension com.apple.quicklook.readonly for 'path-to-file': Invalid argument UserInfo={NSDescription=couldn't issue sandbox extension com.apple.quicklook.readonly for 'path-to-file': Invalid argument} #PreviewItemOn the actual device (at least on iPadOS), it works the first time the app is launched, then it doesn't anymore, returning a The file couldn't be opened error.Am I doing something wrong, or is this a known issue? All I do is use QLThumbnailGenerationRequest and QLThumbnailGenerator's -generateBestRepresentationForRequest:

Could not activate mobile data network
Hi Folks, iPadOS 13 Beta 5 seems to be unable to activate the cellular network. Anyone else experiencing this? I have logged this through feedback. Have gone through the following steps to try and remediate:1. Removed and re-inserted the SIM2. Restarted post the Beta 5 update3. Reset network settings in Settings->General->Reset->Reset Network SettingsInterestingly there is a 3G indicator displaying even though there is no cellular data connection (and it should be 4G). Also noted some unusual behaviour with personal hotspot likely related to the device being unable to register to a data network.Wait and see.Cheers.

iCloud Drive files missing in beta 6
I just updated my iPad to iPadOS beta 6 (iPad Pro, 11). What happened to everything in the iCloud Drive??? All I can see is a folder for Pages, with only 2 items in it.There were other weird issues with iCloud in the previous betas (massive duplicate empty files, e.g., Pages 1, Pages 2, ...). But total obliteration???

no software updates available after installing beta profile
I must be doing something wrong here because I've done lots of searches and not seeing anyone else with this problem. I just installed the iPadOS 13 beta 6 profile on my iPad, did the restart, and then went to Settings -> General -> Software Update, but it says iOS 12.4 is up to date and there is no option to install the 13 beta. What am I doing wrong and how can I install the beta? Thanks.

ObservedObject throws EXC_BAD_ACCESS in beta 6
After installing the iPadOS beta 6 on one of my iPads I get an EXC_BAD_ACCESS exception on the first line of the body definition of the root swiftui view.By placing a breakpoint in that line I can see in the debugger that the value of the ObservedObject passed to the View is set to 0x000000000001.The Print Description seems to confirm that the observed value has not been correctly initialized:---------Printing description of self._model:expression produced error: warning: couldn't get required object pointer (substituting NULL): Couldn't load 'self' because its value couldn't be evaluatederror: Execution was interrupted, reason: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (code=1, address=0x9).The process has been returned to the state before expression evaluation.---------The same code is still working on an iPad with iPadOS beta 5.

ibooks epubs not downloaded
I have several hundred epubs on my ipad mini 4 in ibooks (iPadOS 13 beta). They were all downloaded to the device. When I upgraded to beta 6- they all went back to the cloud icon (not downloaded). Any reason this would occur? Any way to group download all again, so I don't have to do each one individually? Also, hate to manually download them all again, if this will occur again for beta 7 or beyond.

Files Column View Missing
Hi,I started with the beta at V4. I realized right there that the column view is missing from my Files app. I hoped it will work itself out on V5 and it didn't. Sane hope for the new V6. Again no avail. Don't see how to attach a screenshot but it's dead simple: There's just the single symbol up top in the Flies App and not three. Flipping the display doesn't change anything either...- Anyone else with that issue?- Any hidden setting that I am missing out?Specs: IPad Pro 11 with iPadOS beta6Cheers

Reply to ObservedObject throws EXC_BAD_ACCESS in beta 6
I managed to write a short code example to reproduce the problem:var sharedModel = { SimpleModel()}()class SimpleModel : ObservableObject { @Published var bodyText: String = body text}struct SimpleRootView : View { @ObservedObject var model: SimpleModel var body: some View { Text(Throws EXC_BAD_ACCESS even without accessing the ObservedObject) //Text(model.bodyText) }}//Replace the following code in the SceneDelegate:UIHostingController(rootView: SimpleRootView(model: sharedModel))This code works on XCode 11 beta 5 Simulator, and on an iPadOS 13 beta 5 but thorw a EXC_BAD_ACCESS error on an iPadOS 13 beta 6.XCode 11 beta 5 is stated to work together with iPadOS beta 6 but I have not found a workaround or a fix for that major breaking error.ThanksRiccardo
