“TWINT”

Hello, to me the same thing happened. I even deleted TWINT (Postfinance) and re-installed. It seems to open, but then crashes again, but still the Intro-Screen is visible in the background if you flip through the open apps, it shows up. I have iOS 18 Beta 4, installed on a iPhone 14 pro Max, and the latest Version of TWINT (Postfinance). I am using the Face ID to open the app.

same here! Twint App crashes immediately. This App is very important in Switzerland.

Same with 18.1 beta 1 and CS Twint. Seeing as it affects all banks‘ Twint, has anybody reported to Twint themselves?

You tried a Beta Software - Crashes and unfinished Software is normal. I have the same Issue but the Issue is on TWINTs Side. Contact them and ask them to fix it. There is nothing Apple can do here.

Same Issue here. Running iOS 18 Beta 4 and Raiffeisen Twint crashes immediately…

Same ! Something isn’t working with twint and iOS 18.1 ...

Me too, also iOS 18 Public Beta, with the Yuh and PostFinance Twint. Also restarted the iPhone and reinstall the Apps multiple times. Crash at start and close itself.

I have the same problem. When I asked Postfinance, I was given the following answer: There is actually a fault with the PostFinance TWINT app in combination with iOS 18 Beta at the moment. On Thursday, 8.8.2024, the PF TWINT update will be rolled out in stages over 7 days. With the update of the PostFinance TWINT app, this situation will be resolved and the app will function normally again.

Es hat auch ein update von TWINT gegeben. habe mich mit dem Support von TWINT in Verbindung gesetzt. Dieser meinte nur, das wir selber schuld sind und ios 18.X installiert haben. Mit iOS 17.X würde es keine Probleme geben.

Habe gerade spasseshalber TWINT prepaid installiert. Interessanterweise stürzt das nicht gleich beim starten ab. Habe aber auch nicht die komplette Anmeldung gemacht.

Ich habe soeben mit dem Support von TWINT telefoniert und die haben mir gesagt, es würde ab Donnerstag, 08.08.2024 ein Update von PostFinance TWINT geben, das diesen Fehler beheben sollte I just got off the phone with TWINT support and they told me that there would be an update from PostFinance TWINT from Thursday, 08.08.2024, which should fix this error
