Hi everyone! 👋 I’m excited (and a little nervous!) to share my very first app with you: Steady Workout Tracker & Gym Log. Designed for gym-goers like me (and hopefully you too), Steady is a minimalist workout tracker that helps you stay focused on progress without distractions. No accounts, no ads, no fluff—just your workouts, your way. 💪
What does Steady do?
Track your workouts: Log sets, reps, weights, RPE, and rest times effortlessly.
Automatic Progressive Overload Algorithm: See when to lift heavier or add reps.
Custom routines: Build and organize workouts that suit your goals.
Native iOS Features: Integrates with Apple Health to log workout duration, energy expenditure, and count towards your daily activity goals. Includes Dynamic Island and Lock Screen widgets with live activities for real-time rest timer updates and notifications.
Privacy-first: Your data stays on your device (no email or account required).
Why I’m here
This is my very first app, and I need your help to make it the best it can be! I’m looking for people who:
Go to the gym and have an iPhone running iOS 18.
Download Steady, enter their routines, and use it to log workouts.
