Hi!

I'm planning to distribute an app using the enterprise distribution.

I was wondering if a review of the app is required before distributing it in my enterprise network like it's done on the public App Store.

I've found some answers on this forum saying that there is no app review when distributing using the enterprise app distribution, but they are quite old. Can someone confirm me that it always the truth?

I've got another question, it's about push notifications. Are there any limitations using the enterprise distribution for push notifications?

Generally there is no app review for Enterprise apps, but I think the Enterprise Developer License agreement says that you should still follow all the guidelines, and Apple has a right to review the app if they want to. I don't know if they've ever exercised that right or not 🙂.

Not sure a about push notifications.

Enterprise apps for employees, as noted, do not go thru store review. Read your agreement to know your general obligations.

There are no Apple mandated enterprise-centric limits for push notifications. Your MDM package may come with it's own, so talk to your supplier should that apply.
