Hello, could you describe better the error maybe trought some screenshots? Probably useless question.. : Are you sure you are using the right account with iTunes Connect Access?
I've had the same response when trying to upload an app to iTunes Connect via XCode. Every attempt changes. Another message I'm receiving can be seen below. I believe there is a problem with the service!
