I'm having a real problem here. Everything seems Ok, but i cannot seem to get the configuration profile installed. I keep getting the message that I need to install the USB cable and the 4K has none. I try to drag the profile to the device in both Xcode and Apple Configurator 2 and nothing happens. When checking mounted devices my Apple TV appears, but is not accessible.
I need step by step directions for dummys. I've followed the Apple printed instructions with no success.
