I've downloaded MacOS 10.14 however when I try to install it on my 2013 MacBook Pro it tells me my Mac needs a firmware update to install to this volume and that I should select a MacOS extended (journaled) volume instead.
Any ideas with this as I there's no update waiting and I can't find anything on Apple's support pages either?
