App Store Connect doesn't shows any sale for any period and showing spinning circles in graphs.

This happened first yestarday, then it was working again showing correctly all data and today again the same problem.

It seems the web server can't connect to the DB providing data but it doesn't resturn an error just 'NO SALES'.

I saw for other users it was working perfectly at the same time, on this account it was not, also using different roles to access.

I contacted support they said 'strange issue'...

I have the same problem. I cannot see any sales in any period. And the page is not loading. The issue started yesterday for me as well.

Also having the same problem. The issue started last week for me, and I haven't been able to access sales & trends data since then. Tried two different Macs and iOS devices - all with the same problem.

Seems to be a JS related Bug:

production.js?v=7.1.1:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'toString' of undefined

Same issue here. Tried Safari and Firefox. Also tried deleting cookies as mentioned in another thread.


Note, however, you can still download individual sales reports if needed. Not a very elegant workaround, I know...

As an upgrade i can say that developer support here in europe is very active on the problem. They contacted me (via email and phone) more then one time insuring they will inform technical department of the problem to fix it.

I knew I had to wait for Monday.

Now it's Monday, 9 am in Cupertino, let see..

October 5 2019,this issue has still not been fixed, despite the developer support here in europe being "very active on the problem".
