iOS 12, beta 3. Had same issue with beta 2.

GPS not working in all navigation apps. Noticed that in Apple Maps, the orientation never changes. Always has North facing up. On a hunch, I checked out Compass. And same thing, you cannot recalibrate it.
I've already reset network settings and toggled location services, and reset location and privacy to no avail.
Anyone have a solution for this?

Same issue. Even after a full restore
same here, navigation apps unable to connect to GPS since beta 1. Intel.
For me, I had GPS issues as described elsewhere (lagging, sometimes starting to work after a while) with beta 2. So far on beta 3, working correctly.
Since installing beta 3 my iPhone X’s GPS is now working probably. For Apple Maps as well as Google Maps and Waze. Let’s hope it stays this way.
