About since I've installed iOS 12 beta 1 (currently in beta 3) my Apple Watch (4.3.1) doesn't keep notifications from 3rd party apps. Only does for iMessage, workout, email and other native app's notifications. It show notifications from other apps when they arrive, but they don't keep in the notification center anymore.
The watch app has notifications enabled for all my apps as it has aways been.
Is this issue iOS 12 related?

I have this issue too, except Watch is running 4.3.2 beta. I believe it has something to do with iOS 12 and compatibility, because no one I’ve seen running watchOS 5 reports this. I have a Series 0 so I can’t update...

I was hoping for a fix in this beta 3 release, but no.
Now I'm considering trying watchOS 5 beta.
Yeah, this is using iOS 12 beta. However I’m still on beta 2 — beta 3 isn’t showing up for me to download.
Also having this issue running iOS 12 public beta 2.
Watch is running 4.3.1.
Same issue of 3rd party apps notifications disappearing but activity ones stay in the notification center.

Anyone have issues with no caller I’d on Apple Watch? I’m on 12 beta 3. Watch is on 4.3.1 not sure if this is new to the bera3 or not.
Looks like it's been fixed under Beta 4! 🙂
