App Store Apps Not Updating

I havent checked the App Store in a day or so, but I have been trying to update the available apps for the better part of the day so far (6 hours currently), and the progress bars do not move at all. I see the circle with the stop icon, and that is as far as it goes. I have done both hard and soft reboots on my iPhone X, and neither have any effect. I have had no issues updating since the most revent beta release up until today, and havent done anything new or different to my phone that would or could have caused this to happen. My son is also running the beta, and he says he is having no problems with updates on his iPhone 8 Plus.


Am I alone in this, or are others seeing the same issue?

I’m having the same issue, and it appears to only be occurring on Wifi. However it’s not just app updates, I also can’t download new podcasts (phone still has lots of storage).

I'm in the same boat with my iPhone 8 Plus. I've tried home and work WiFi plus cellular - no success. My iPad 2 isn't having this issue running the beta. I'm up to 23 apps needing to be upgraded.

Last night, all my apps updated. I'm guessing there was an issue with the App Store that Apple fixed.

Did anyone else in this thread manage a fix? I can't update to the latest iOS beta, and none of my apps are updating. As mentioned in the original post, I get the progress view with the pause button, but it never makes it anywhere. The iOS Beta update in Settings says "Software Update Failed", "An error occured downloading iOS 12 Public beta 4". I've tried restarting the phone, and signing in and out of iTunes and my Apple ID.

Possibly related: In the console I can see an error from appstored: "ACAccountStore: Failed to set the user cookies. Refusing to set the global cookies. url = https://pd.itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZPurchaseDaap.woa/iap/databases/201/items"

Mine started yesterday (Sunday, PST).

App updates start and either never finish or eventually do.

400Mbit down, so it's not a slow connection.
