When an app is Waiting for Review, you can see a info saying:
You can still edit all information while your version is waiting for review. To submit a new build, you must remove this version from review.
Question: if i change the information and Save, will it affect the time for approval? Somehow we "move back in the queue"?

I actually think i just got the answer.
I had 2 apps Waiting for Review.
I changed screenshots and description for one of them. This one is still Waiting for Review while the other was approved. The apps were submitted exactly in the same moment.
That's not a good test. There have been MANY examples of apps submitted at the same time that have wildly different review times.
