Just updated to iOS 12 Dev beta 6, and on the iPhone X, I am getting random crashes within Settings App and Shortcuts App. The screen goes black until I swipe up to delete the app. Also, occasionally takes 10-15 seconds for Settings to go from total white screen to showing settings.
Will play with it some more.
I did post a bug report.
This is a known issue listed in the release notes. make sure you have facetime and voice memos installed and it shoudl go away.

I have both installed and it's still happening...
How long does it take to go away, presuming you have both apps?
Edit: Nevermind, the exact thing I was trying to do is broken
