The old version of the Apple's Network Link Conditioner V2.0 does not seem effective any longer in Mojave.
Does anybodt know of an update? This tool is very handy for debugging behavior.

There is one in the Hardware Section of the just released set of tools for Xcode Beta 6 - but it looks like it is the same version.
